Daily Routines

He uses his roana daily, this are for him a symbol and inspiration. He preaches the music carranguera, for he is to take a political attitude in the face of the culture of the country.

The life of Jorge Velosa passes between visits to the countryside and you come and go in the city. He composes, writes, rehearses, lectures on carranguera music and Colombian folklore.

When he is in the field, he usually walks the roads that bring him memories, he visits some know, and sometimes, he checks the animals. Other times he goes to the creek and "talks" to the water, the rocks, the plants.

When he is in Bogota, he passes on his routine of artistic work. Also, doing physical and mental therapy, he walks some of its streets and parks, sometimes he goes to the Botanical Garden, to walk it, and to remember the common names of the young plants and the trees. If there is time he goes to a concert, to a movie, or to a restaurant, although he likes home cooking more.
